Refund Policy

CRUSADER CLASH REFUND POLICY: Please note there is a $150 administrative fee associated with every registration for this event. Deposits are placed on the facilities prior to the camp. Therefore, the $150 fee will be non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel in the months leading up to camp, please make sure the camp is able to fit in your schedule. 

Refunds CAN be submitted minus a $25 admin fee for injuries if a doctor's note is provided. 

FOR PROSPECT DAYS: Full refunds, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be granted for cancellation notification received at least 2 week prior to prospect days.   Cancellations within 2 weeks will only be refunded for certified medical reasons.  Certification must be in the form of a signed medical statement from a physician, and it must be received before the day camp begins or no refund can be given.  Credit may be also applied to future events for non-medical issues. 

Campers who have to leave prospect days for medical reasons will receive a pro-rated refund, minus the administrative fee of $25.

Campers who are asked to leave camp for disciplinary reasons will not receive any refund.

Weather Policy:
It is possible that a session could be cancelled due to severe weather or enough rain to make the fields unplayable. If a session is cancelled, we will make every effort to fill in with suitable indoor activities. We would love to have backup fields available, but if weather is forcing us to cancel chances are that fields everywhere nearby are also affected. We cannot issue refunds for sessions that are cancelled for reasons beyond our control.
